VILLA PETRAKI: GREEK HOLIDAYS YOU’LL NEVER FORGET
Maybe it is the very generous building with approximately 150 m2 of living space which makes our guests return every year. Or it is the magnificent views, which the big terraces, located by a slope, is offering in a altidude of 300 m? Or maybe it is the 850m2 big property. You see, there are many reasons to spend a holiday at Villa Petraki.
During the construction we used lots of natural materials: all terraces and the whole floor is covered with natural stone.
The terraces provide sufficient seating – enjoy your dinner under the shady pergola. Here you find two big dining tables and a convenient external staircase leads you to the roof terrace with a beautiful panoramic view. The drink water in the house comes from the source Agia Triada and is heated by solar panels (or electric). The house is centrally heated.

First Floor
The Upper Floor has 70 m2, divided into four sections. The wooden ceiling gives cozy charm.
With ten chairs and a solid wood table the dining room is the perfect place for socializing at the evening- when you should not drag outside on the terrace, of course. Large windows provide plenty of day light while, during the evening, soft light fills the room. With its open architecture, the living room invites you to stop by for a digestive in a comfortable atmosphere.
In the living room on the first floor of Villa Petraki we have thought of everything to keep you up to date: A television with satellite TV provides you always on vacation news from your home. A fireplace, comfortable chairs and a large sofa makes the living room the perfect room to enjoy a bottle of famous greek wine.
Our kitchen is fully equipped so you will not miss anything while you are on holiday with us: a modern cooker with ceramic hob, oven, large fridge with freezer, washing machine and coffee machine is waiting for you. Dirty dishes are an issue for you? Enjoy our dishwasher and use the time for something nice.
Behind the stone wall with archway there is a bedroom with a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bathroom and a terrace facing west. Additionally there is another bedroom with a bed and a wardrobe – and place for a baby crib.
Ground Floor
Contrary to the first floor, the ground floor can not be booked separately - here you will find more comfortable bedroom.
The ground floor offers two bedrooms. One of them is with a double bed, the other with two single beds. Large cupboards with a desk complete the features. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with direct access.
A special highlight of the ground floor: Both bedrooms have their own private terrace facing south, or southwest. You are going to love the first rays of the morning sun or the smell a little Greek sea breeze before going to bed.
